Entry Fees

  • $29 Basic Entry Boot Camp. ONLY CURRENT CLIENTS can purchase this package to add 1 Boot Camp workout per week to their current program.
  • $69 Basic Entry Small Group. ONLY CURRENT CLIENTS can purchase this package to add 1 Small Group Personal Training session per week to their current program.
  • $119 Rapid Results. Includes 3 Boot Camp workouts per week plus other benefits.
  • $185 Rapid Results Small Group. Includes 2 Small Group Personal Training sessions per week plus many more benefits.
  • $219 Ultimate. Includes 2 Small Group Personal Training sessions per week AND 2 Boot Camp sessions per week plus many more benefits.
  • $69 Nutrition Coaching. One-to-one private sessions with one of our certified nutrition coaches. One 60 min initial assessment and two 30 min follow-up sessions. Available as an add-on to any of the above pacakges. Current clients can purchase in lieu of of the basic entry.

Grand Prizes

  • $300 to the person drawn from the hat of those challengers that earn 90%* of the core points available (108 points). Points are earned by being compliant to your personal workout and nutrition goals, along with other lifestyle habits.
  • Bonus: 2 x $100 prizes to the runners-up.

*Studies have shown that whether you’re 100% compliant or 90% complaint to a nutrition and exercise program the results are the same. This gives you some “wiggle” room and allows almost everybody to be successful with their fitness goals as well as a chance to win the challenge.

Rules

  • The beginning measurement must take place between Monday, September 17th and Thursday, September 20th. The final measurments must be completed between Thursday, October 11th and Tuesday October 16th. We will be doing beginning measurements on Monday, October 17th, during the kick off meeting. We also have final measurements scheduled on Monday, October 15th from 7-8:00 pm. If, you can't make either of those times work, coordinate with an EXL trainer to get them done.
  • Contestants will make their own weekly exercise goals and will receive 10 points per week if they are compliant to their goals for the week.
  • Contestants will make their own weekly nutrition goal and will receive 15 points per week if they are compliant to their goal.
  • Weekly weigh-ins whether at the gym or at home awarded 3 points per week.
  • Complete weekly reading assignment 2 points per week.
  • Photograph of all your meals for the day and record in the Wodify Rise app 2 points per day.
  • Other lifestyle tasks that are worth 1 point per day are…meditate 2+ min, sleep 7+ hours, 10+ extra minutes of activity (mobility drills, walk, mow the lawn, yoga), review goals.
  • There are 2 measurement times (before and after), and both are mandatory. If a contestant misses a measurement, they will be disqualified from competition. You must complete your measurements within the deadline dates. (It is the responsibility of each contestant to make sure they get their measurements in on time, not that of the EXL Fitness & Performance team.
  • All contestant with a net score of 108 will be entered into a drawing to determine the winners.

Measurement Dates

  • Initial Measurements: Monday, September 17th 7:00-8:30 pm (during the kick off meeting). Or, coordinate with a trainer to be completed before end of day Thursday, September 20th.
  • Final Measurements: Monday, October 15th 7:00-8:00 pm. Or, coordinate with a trainer to be completed between Thursday, October 13th and end of day Monday, October 15th.

Winners Announced 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October 16th at a Finale Party!
