Skinny Jeans Contest Rules and Info

  • Three weeks worth of Fat Burning Workouts with a Certified Personal Trainer to make sure that you don’t spend one minute exercising that doesn’t produce results.
  • 21 Days of Fat Burning Meal Plans designed by a Registered Dietician to ensure that you reach your goals as quickly as possible.
  • Nutrition Coaching Session to answer all your questions and set you up for success
  • 21 Days of Lessons and emails to keep you on track to achieving your goal of sliding into your skinny jeans

Entry Fees

  • $29 Current Members* with a non-member or past member partner
  • $79 First time non-Member** includes eighteen (18) boot camp workouts
  • $149 Past Member or past trial member includes eighteen (18) boot camp workouts.

*Members receive unlimited boot camps for the 3 weeks

**Has never paid EXL directly for a trial or paid through a third party vendor like a daily deal site (Groupon, Living Social).

Who qualifies as a “past/trial member”?
Anyone who has bought a pass from a daily deals site, like: Groupon, Living Social, Daily Herald site, etc.
Anyone who has bought a one month pass of any sort
Anyone who has been a full paying member for any amount of time in the past but is not a current paying member.

Prizes

Each member in the winning partnership wins a pair of designer jeans from Soel Boutique.  Brands include…Joe’s, Citizens, Hudson, Level 99, Free People and Genetic Denim.

The Skinny…

Complete exercise and nutrition habits to accrue points.  The team with the most points wins.  Most of these points are based on an “on your honor system”.  A few of the points will be measured through our scheduling site and our social media and are more objective.

  • Correct amount of veggies at every feeding opportunity (FO)…1/2 point
    • Men: a portion the size of two (2) fists
    • Women: a portion the size of one (1) fist
  • Daily Supplements (fish oil, multi vitamin or greens drink)…1/2 point
  • Correct amount of protein with FO…1/2 point
    • Men: a portion the size of two (2) palms
    • Women: a portion the size of one (1) palm
  • 16 oz water with each FO…1/2 point
  • Correct carb intake as outlined in the success guide or meal plans …1/2 point
  • Review goals/passion statement…1/2 point
  • Attend boot camp.  One (1) point for reserving spot and one (1) point for attending.  Points are only awarded if you attend.  36 max points for the contest.  You can receive ½ point for working out on your own outside of camp.
  • Check in on Facebook (FB), comment, post a pic or make a comment on a post on EXL’s FB page or Soel Boutique’s Instagram.  Simply “liking” a post or pic doesn’t count.  1 point/day with a contest max of 21 points.

Rules

  • A Team must consist of TWO (2), 1 MUST be a non-member (no obligation to join after).
  • Both Team members can be non-members.
  • The MANDATORY contest orientation will be Thursday April 18th  @ 8pm.  A make-up “mini” orientation will also be held Monday April 22nd @ 8pm.
  • All contestants must complete the information and liability forms.
  • Points are awarded for each activity or habit.  Some habits have more value than others.  There is a max number of points for each habit.
  • All contestants are recommended to complete six (6) workouts per week at EXL Fitness & Performance.
  • All contestants must check in at the end of each week with their weekly totals.
  • A minimum of ten (10) teams must take part for the contest to take place. If ten (10) teams do not register a full refund will be given to each person.
  • No refunds are given after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of not meeting minimum team requirements.
  • The Prize remains the same even if teams exceed ten (10).
