The goal of the challenge is to help increase your knowledge and performance in just 21 days so you can take your running performance to the next level. Our 21 Day compliance challenge will give you world class training and accountability to ensure that you become a better runner!
During the challenge you will be given a set of exercise and nutrition habits to perform daily. The people who have 90% attendance to Boot Camp training and 90% compliant to their homework are entered into the drawing. The winner of that drawing will receive a pair of top-of-the-line running shoes courtesy of The Runner’s Corner.
Mandatory Kick Off Challenge Workshop
Thursday, August 1st, 6:00PM at The Runner’s Corner in Orem (835 S 700 E, Orem, UT, next to Costco)
A make-up “mini” Workshop will also be held Tuesday August 6th @ 7:00 pm (location TBA)

Monday, August 5th (This is the first day of Boot Camp at EXL Fitness in Orem. Address: 1623 N State St, Orem, UT, next to Costa Vida)

Not A Current EXL Fitness Member: $79.00 Total – Includes nine (9) boot camp workouts (whether you’ve been a past member or not, just cannot be a current member)
Current Members already attending MWF Boot Camp*: $19.00
Current Members already attending two times per week or Cardio Camp**: $49.00 Total – Includes nine (9) boot camp workouts.
*Members that are CURRENTLY paying to attend boot camp at least three times per week on MWF.
**Members that are CURRENTLY paying only two times per week or attending Cardio Camp only on Tues/Thurs/Sat
1. This is a Partnership Challenge: Find a Friend to Enter the Challenge with You. This is a required step to be eligible to enter the challenge and win any prizes. Current members need non-member friends to qualify. (If you can’t find a friend to be your partner in this challenge, we will be keeping a list of others in the same scenario. Give us a call so we can find a partner for you 801-623-6717)

IMPORTANT: If you are paying for a friend to join as well, you will need to make sure you register them with their own PERSONAL contact information throughout the registration process. In summary, everything you do to register yourself, you will need to repeat for them and their own personal information.
