RULES

  • Regardless of the membership package every partnership is eligible for the cash prize.  The most transformed partnership wins $1000.  The best individual female and male (not in the winning partnership) will win $250 each.
  • Winners will be determined based on 4 criteria: daily and weekly exercise, nutrition and lifestyle task compliance tracked with the Rise app, before and after measurements, before and after pictures, essay.
  • Partners do not have to train together or purchase the same membership.
  • A Partnership must consist of Two (2) contestants.
  • Both contestants can be non-current EXL clients.
  • There is a mandatory orientation with initial measurement and “before photos” Thursday, Jan 23rd at 7:30pm.  Please wear appropriate clothing.  Photos will be taken in a private setting.  To get the best photos we recommend men wear shorts or boxer briefs and women should wear sports bra and shorts.  Baggy shirts are discouraged.  There will be a make-up orientation on Tuesday, January 28th @ 7:30pm.
  • Mandatory halfway measurements will be on Thursday, February 20th at 7:30pm.
  • Mandatory, final measurements and photos will be Saturday, March 21st from 10 am to 12 pm.
  • The beginning measurements and pictures must take place by Saturday, February 1st. The final weigh-in and photos must be completed by Saturday, March 20th.  If you can not make the final measurements and photos, arrange a time with Mat prior to the 20th to get them completed.
  • The final essay is due no later than 8pm Sunday, March 22nd.  Simply email it to Mat.the.trainer@gmail.com.
  • If either partner misses a measurement, both partners will be disqualified from the Grand Prize.  Challengers that make all mandatory meetings but have a partner that disqualifies are still eligible for the Best Male or Female prize. You must complete your measurements before the deadline dates. (It is the responsibility of the partnership to make sure that each partner weighs in on time, not that of the EXL Team)
  • All contestants must reserve their spot in camp using the scheduling website.
  • All contestants must complete the information, liability, and model release forms.
  • All contestants are recommended to complete three to six (3-6) workouts per week in a combination of strength training, cardiovascular and boot camp training programs for maximum results.
  • Measurements will take place without shoes.
  • All measurements must take place at EXL and completed by a Coach.
  • A minimum of ten (10) teams must take part for the contest to take place. If ten (10) teams do not register a full refund will be given to each person.
  • No refunds are given after the initial 30 day money back guarantee period, with the exception of not meeting minimum team requirements.
  • The Grand Prize remains the same even if teams exceed ten (10).
  • All boot camp credits and personal training credits expire Saturday March 20th.
