EXL Fitness #800gchallenge F A Q
When do you we start? We will hold our kick off meeting on Monday, September 17th @ 7-8:30 pm; we will also be doing the beginning measurements. Even though we haven't gone over the rules yet, you can begin your training earlier that day. Simply book your spot through the Wodify website or app (the same one you used to purchase your entry into the challenge).
How much can I expect to lose during these 4 weeks? That is all very individual. We have had people lose as much as 15 lbs and as little as 3. It all depends on where you are starting out and how much effort you put into your training and nutrition during the 4-week challenge. It also depends on where you are starting. If you have a small frame or are looking to get stronger, you might not lose as much as someone in a different scenario. Our biggest focus is on helping you get fit and healthy, whatever that may mean to you. Keep in mind that the winners are drawn from a hat. All you have to be is 90% compliant by reaching a certain number on our point system and your name will be up for the drawing. Anybody can literally win.
If I am a current member, what do I pay? You will join with one of the basic packages, which includes…
- Eligible for Grand Prize

What if I don’t have a lot of weight to lose? Points are awarded for compliance to personal set nutrition and exercise goals as well as other lifestyle tasks. There are multiple ways to earn points. Names of all contestants with 108 or more points will be thrown into a hat and winners drawn from there. So, the person who wins might not be the one who loses the most weight but rather a person that has been accountable and been compliant to the behaviors necessary to achieve their fitness goals. At EXL we are very adamant about focusing on behaviors over outcomes. We don’t have control of all the factors effecting an outcome, but we do have control of our actions and behaviors. We strongly believe that focusing on the things within our control not only helps minimize unneeded stress in the long run it help us become healthier and more fit.
What if I want to keep my current nutrition/training/lifestyle? That is your decision to make! We will supply you with an amazing nutrition plan that has been proven to get results, and we will provide you world-class training, but you have the choice to follow it or do it on your own. However, we think that you know which one will lead to better results.
If I follow your nutrition plan, will I be starving all the time? Simply, no. The plan is based around sound nutritional principles that have helped countless people manage their weight before, and it is based on eating whole, unprocessed, and high-quality foods. You likely may be eating more vegetables than you are used to, but we ensure that you have the knowledge to prepare them deliciously. Rarely is hunger a big issue on this plan; the biggest thing people have to worry about is buying slimmer pants!
How are the winners determined? And, how do I earn points? There are a total of 344 points available. All the names of challengers that get 108 or more points will be placed in a hat and the winners will be drawn from there. Points will be a awarded for compliance to the weekly exercise and nutrition goals set by each challenger. There are numerous other healthy, lifestyle tasks that earn points as well (read the weekly reading assignment, 10+ min extra activity, meditate 2+ min, sleep 7+ hours and more). All points will be tracked in the Wodify Rise app. Weekly points will be reported by end of day (11:59pm) each Sunday. And daily tasks will be reported by end of day each day. For a complete list of rules follow this link...B2S Accountability Challenge Rules. What is the difference between Boot Camp and Small Group Training? Boot camp is a larger setting, up to 18 clients in a session. It’s for healthy adults wanting to raise metabolism, lose fat and get fit. Everyone in camp does the same workout. We offer different levels of each exercise so all fitness levels are challenged. Small Group Training is performed in a small group of no more than 6 clients. The smaller setting allows for more personalization as well as a larger exercise selection. It is ideal for those with specifics goals not addressed by boot camp. It is also ideal for those that aren’t fit enough for camp or unable to do camp do to an injury. Because of the smaller more personal setting it is favored by those wanting more coaching and attention than found in boot camp.
